Regardless of which service you choose, depending on what comes up during your session, expect the following below:

Duration Nourish Me Care Essential is 80 minutes. Nourish Me Care Maximum is 3 hours. NLP life coaching is 100 minutes. Please see the tabs for fees. 5% cash rebate is credited into your account which you can use for any next purchase. Simply sign up for an account here. Clients can take as many sessions as required or take up a monthly maintenance service. The number of sessions required depends on what theme / issue / outcome the client wants to work on. Expect changes and improvements right from the first session – be it physical, mental or emotional. Every session is payable upon each visit.

Body education and evaluation Client will understand and appreciate their bodies better. They can take active steps to improve or keep the habits that they already have
