Duration Each session is between 60 to 90 minutes. Chargeable at $238 nett per session. 5% cash rebate is credited into your account which you can use for any next purchase. Simply sign up for an account here. Clients can take as many sessions as required or take up a monthly maintenance service. It is recommended that they do a 3-block sessions for every theme they want to work on (every session is payable upon each visit. No advance or frontloading payment is required)

Body education and evaluation Client will understand and appreciate their bodies better. They can take active steps to improve or keep the habits that they already have
