This is an intensive and comprehensive 1-to-1 programme that supports the wellbeing, learning and performance journey of the fast-growing child of Today. This programme is specially catered to the 10 year-old to 14 year-old child – the onset of puberty years. They are the most exciting and sensitive developmental years, which when guided well, will provide solid fundamentals that will develop a healthy child right into his / her adulthood. It is every parent’s dream to have a happy, confident, successful child and one who is well-bonded and appreciative.
Due to modernisation, evolution and digital omnipresence, it is no longer enough to use the “work hard and get a great job” style of control to get the child to do well at school and life. Both parents and child need to be equipped with adaptive and resilient skills and embody them well. For the parents, feel free to browse all remaining pages on this website and connect with those that are relevant and call to you.
In this section, we will focus on the child. The programme mentioned here is dedicated to undo any unserving conditionings of the child that may already have some form of *traumatic / detrimental impact. At the same time, we work to reconnect the child’s innate love to learn, digest and perform better in the subject concerned.
- *Here we do not mean medical cognitive impairment, mental / emotional clinical conditions. We refer to the common disconnecting habits of control:
- complaining
- blaming
- scolding,
- nagging,
- shouting,
- criticising,
- threatening,
- punishing or rewarding.
How do we know if our child has experienced traumatic / detrimental impact?
Use the following questions to guide you:
- Does your child show any of the disconnecting habits stated above?
- Does he / she show signs of disinterest in learning?
- Does he / she defy, ignore and shut you down?
- Does he / she struggle with self-esteem, anxiety or withdrawal issues?
- Does he / she get ill-tempered and flare out easily?
- Does he / she have relationship issues with his friends?
If the answer is yes to any of the above, do consider seeking professional support so that you can work with your child that is conducive to his / her development, not against. It is also time to look into your parenting style and understand the deeper layers behind your triggers. Here we can do our part to help support your child’s learning so it gets back on track of loving to learn and self-ownership and to work with you to discover how you can support your child better in his learning.

First, believe this: “Every child can learn, just not on the same day, or in the same way.” George Evans.
Whether the child is in the mainstream school, international school or alternative school or has extra enrichment support, our personal programme will work complementarily so to ease the stress off the child and parent in their growing-up schooling years.
We help to address and fill missing gaps and uplift both parents and child at the same time through appropriate, customised support. We are not meant to replace completely any of the existing measures put in place.
“The art of teaching is the art of assisting discovery.” Mark Van Doren.
We work with parents to support the child’s learning by enabling parents through awareness and their parenting styles. While discipline and systems are important, it is also crucial to tread this period of developmental years with sensitive care. The last thing we want is to complicate our child’s growth as he / she struggles to navigate the complex changes happening inside him / her. As parents, we want them to FEEL we are good parents of reliable role models they can continue to look towards and be part of their stepping stones for greater success ahead.

Benefits at a Glance
Coach’s Background
Having worked with primary children (7 to 12) since 2005, and being the caregiver and early childhood educator for her own children, our coach has noticed her versatility to build strong connections with children across ages. She is also a practitioner of supportive psychology for learning.
Since the early days of holding various roles in schools, her strength lies in keen observation and accurate enabling support, heart motivation and building mental and emotional resilience. Some of the past celebrated achievements include grooming the character so that more than half her form class became student leaders, and building a cohesive team to win Inter-school Track Championships. Under her guidance, her students have also become resilient self-driven leader learners who perform better than their previous grades.
With her experience and skills, she has also successfully transformed her own children's learning from angry and unhappy learners to internally willing and adaptable, resilient learners. She also has developed a deep relationship connection with her children. Today, she has good spaces and time for her own pursuits and loving self-care.
Currently, other than coaching pupils one-on-one for this programme, she is also an associate trainer with Aktivate (former Adam Khoo) to teach mindset skills to primary & seconary schools.
