Question: Who is suitable for MBWE practices?

Answer: It is secular and suitable for any adult, with or without religion, who is not currently diagnosed with any clinical conditions.

Question: Does this take up a lot of time?

Answer: Like any hobby or interest, you will commit a small portion of time that will pay back and pay forward to a centered, balanced wellbeing which will give you more time and energy to do things with love and joy.

The formal practice programme (8-week MBWE) is 24hour in total and teaches proper ways to deepen and strengthen mindfulness practices to the extent it is possible to seamlessly integrate into daily lifestyle and embrace mindfulness in every moment.

Informal mindfulness practices (weekly pause programme) aims to provide participants an in-tandem support to your hustle and bustle busyness of your week. It provides space for release, reconnection and recalibration back to self within a community through a guided trained mindfulness practitioner.

It’s a vision of a space where we are heard and we feel safe & at ease. Each individual matters - self-exploration, self-discovery and self-expression. As we connect within our hearts and bodies, we become clear of our purposes and more fully at peace and joyful. Each is different and yet feels sameness with the other. We belong as One. & We connect. Together. As a community. Hence, Our Sacred Sanctuary is born.
