Delivery Policy

  1. Due to nature of the products, all items will be delivered via courier service.
  2. A delivery surcharge of $5 is imposed on local door-step delivery of products of value less than $100.
  3. Free local delivery for products of value $100 and above.
  4. Confirmed and paid items would be delivered within 5 working days for local delivery. 
  5. Client will be updated when the items are passed to the courier service.
  6. Items will be adequately wrapped and protected before delivery. An image of the items and protection will be sent to sender.
  7. Seller will not be responsible for any damage or loss due to delivery. 
  8. OSS teams up with reliable delivery companies to provide best and possible safe delivery of your products.
  9. Currently, we do not deliver to countries outside Singapore.
