
This class comes in 2 parts:
1) vibrationary sound bath
2) breath: its nature and synchronising it
The class serves to restore the natural rhythms of the body from its worn-out, stressed conditions and to teach the use of our most powerful resource – breath, for better health and wellbeing.

I have categorised this class under fundamentals as it is easy access in terms of cost and ease of learning. Guidance is simple and straight forward just like the explanatory text on this page. It will give you a strong foundation before you attempt other classes stated on this website.

The class is carried out in 4 terms of 11 weeks (2 weeks break)
The sessions are progressive and is curated on specific body part(s) each week. It provides consistent guidance to support participants in establishing their innate wellbeing baselines.
There will be bonuses of:
- Contemplation wisdom cards for each individual for the week.

Why should I attend the class?
- Wouldn't it be easier and the same if I just listen to audio track / app on my own at home?
Yes, nothing beats comfort at home. However, the experience and learnings you will receive from the class will be different and valuable:
- guidance of an experienced practitioner
- just-in-time address of any questions / issues you may have that will effectively help you move forward
- conducive environment and practising with like-minded individuals
- availability of specific resources meant for these sessions
- uncover awareness to your oversight / blindspots in terms of breathing / posture / physiology and more

Other than furthering her skilsets through necessary studies with qualified teachers, she spends much of her time exploring and deepening the practices, with observations on optimising body's efficiency and health. In recent times, she has successfully created sets of routines that can maximise one's day with least effort. "Living each moment fully through being and love" is her secret to having a flourishing life.
