This allows the patient to become light and more at ease as they prepare for their next journey.
- Harmonise body parts and their pathological consciousness
This will release the emotions and mental beliefs stored within parts of the body.
- Ground the patient
While the patient cannot speak, their subconscious is still listening in to the environment and this has an impact on how he / she feels in the body. With relaxation, he / she will enjoy better in the last days.
- Exchange of messages and sharing of findings
The family will know what is the next best things they can do in the final days and also reconcile what has not been shared prior to this and will have a proper, complete closure.
- Sharing of mindfulness techniques for compassion, acceptance and openness
The family will be able to self-regulate emotions and thoughts in a balanced way and handle loss and grief with stronger self-care.
The session will take 1.5 hours (for the patient) and 40 minutes (for the family). The session can be done remotely through zoom or physically at the ward (private enclosure).
