Who Is Suitable 

People who have completed at least 1 course of mindfulness, taken some form of self-development course before and are keen to 

  • understand heart and body wisdom & refreshing ways to tap into them
  • explore & apply less known derived wisdom of Quantum Physics, Astrology, I-Ching and Biochemistry and genetics etc through Human Design* & Gene Keys
  • venture into outdoor adventure e.g. ATV, thriller tube, hike
  • practise state management and body alignment

What Am I In For In This  Retreat?

  • Curated Mind-Heart-Body Flourish Experiences & Activities 

We sieve out the best parts for specialties of work appropriate at the fundamental levels so that while having good fun, learnings remain simple and easily accessible. All activities are interactive and involve full involvement.

  • Online Pre-study  

There is a pre-study online component to prepare all participants so that they will know what to expect and will seamlessly assimilate into the processes during all 5 days.

  • Comfortable Accomodation

All basic facilitaties (shower, sleep) and handmade toiletries (soap, scrubs) are provided. All technology connection are discouraged during the 5 days.

  • All meals and drinks are provided

Vegetarian food will be served for all meals. Care will be taken to ensure they are palatable, wholesome and nourishing. Any special health condition will be factored in (participants will have to highlight to attention). 

  • Guided Secular Mindfulness & NLP Facilitation Approach 

You will develop and experience the essence of mindfulness within a safe space with the guidance of Accredited Mindfulness Teacher-Practitioner / NLP life coach and specially chosen esteemed coach-facilitators.

You will connect your mind with heart and body in a synchronised fashion and witness the magic of such connections.

Participants will explore dualities in their mind-heart-body connections and tap into their personality-design areas of focus to access and optimise right use of vitality and energy.  Work of sounds and art will also be explored.

  • Gene Keys & Human Design Fundamental Booklet

Participants will learn about their inherent personalities, true / false selves, enlightened / shadow states, pivotal conditions and the tools to apply the concepts into their lives.

  • Love, Ease & Grounding Sound Meditation

Participants will embark on a  loving journey that help them to ease into deep body relaxation and to release what is no longer useful. They will get to participate as well.

  • In The Moments Momentos

A professional photographer will capture the special moments and highlights so that participants can ease and focus on their participation, enjoyment and relaxation.

  • Follow-up & Community

Participants have life-time access to their online materials and forum where they can follow-up application and integration discussions into their lifestyle with their new-found friends. They will receive first-hand updates and news of developments, promotions, tips & events.

Note on punctuality: For all group programmes, punctuality is honoured. Give your selves the kindness of arriving 10 minutes before time for ease of your own transition. Should participant be late due to unforeseen circumstances, kindly wait outside until the next interval. This is in due respect for the group dynamics already within the space and also to allow for the acknowledgement of the ones who join in later.
